We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If your order is shipped within the EU or Norway, you also have the right to cancel it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened lash adhesives, primers, removers and cleansers cannot be returned once unsealed, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

The right adhesive depends on your technique and working speed. Illegal Lashes offers three professional formulas — RAPID Copenhagen (0.3s), BALANCE Stockholm (0.5s), and CONTROL Oslo (1s) — developed and refined in our own salon in Oslo, then tested by more than 50 professional lash artists across Sweden and Norway. Many of the artists who tested them said they were the best adhesives and lash trays they had used.

Adhesive cure time is affected by humidity and temperature — in colder or drier conditions, adhesive naturally takes longer to set. We recommend RAPID Copenhagen (0.3s) in these conditions, since it still cures at a reliable pace even when the environment slows things down.

In warmer, more humid environments, adhesive cures faster naturally. CONTROL Oslo (1s) is a good choice here, giving you more working time for precise placement without the bond setting too quickly. For balanced conditions, BALANCE Stockholm (0.5s) works well across most climates.
